The Chemical Profiles are based on information in CCOHS's CHEMINFO database. CHEMINFO contains around one thousand comprehensive, fully referenced reviews on chemicals, their hazards, control measures, and other information, all arranged in the 16-heading format used in MSDSs. Records are written by occupational health and safety professionals. The CHEMINFO database is available on CD-ROM and on the Internet. A sample record is available on CCOHS's web site.
