Alberta government site and if you have a question or concern about workplace health and safety, or would like to report unsafe working conditions, please complete and submit the form below. Experts can provide one, free of charge, with information on; how to identify and control workplace hazards; the Partnerships in Health and Safety programs; the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulation and Code and how to get an Occupational Health and Safety Officer to visit your worksheet.



BC NurseLine provides 24-hour, confidential health information and advice. Anywhere in the province, call BC NurseLine to speak to a registered nurse 24-hours or a pharmacist from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. every day. Specially trained nurses answer questions about health topics and procedures, identify symptoms, and help you decide when to see a health professional. Information and referrals are also provided to other services.



Canada's national Occupational Health & Safety Resource. CCOHS promotes a safe and healthy working environment by providing information and advice about occupational health and safety.



The Inquiries Service at CCOHS answers questions on the many health or safety concerns people have about the work they do. The Inquiries Service is available to all Canadians in English and French and is accessible by telephone, fax, mail and e-mail. The information is provided free-of-charge and the service is confidential - we do not reveal the names of our inquirers to anyone or any agency. This service is primarily for Canadians, however, since it is funded by government agencies across Canada.



Developed by the Ministry of Labour, the Ontario Workplace Gateway provides employers, workers and others with one-stop access to information and services on a wide variety of workplace-related topics. Ranging from rights, responsibilities and resources respecting employment standards and health and safety laws, environmental protection and other legislated standards, the Ontario Workplace Gateway helps you find the information and answers you need to ensure safe, fair and harmonious workplaces.

HealthyOntario.com's Ask An Expert service allows you to direct non-emergency medical inquiries regarding hot health topics to a health information expert. All inquiries and responses are processed by Prescient Digital Media Ltd. under the supervision of HealthyOntario.com's Chief Medical Editor. This service is operated by the Ontario Ministry of Health Promotion and managed by Prescient Digital Media. Inquiries are currently being taken in regards to six issues crucial to the wellness of Ontarians: Arthritis, asthma, cancer, diabetes, smoking cessation, and weight loss.



The Windsor Occupational Health Information Service (WOHIS) is a community based occupational health library, inquiry, video and referral service open to the entire community.



If you or a member of your family is having trouble dealing with the effects of your injury, call the WEB Distress Line. Trained counselors from Klinic Community Health Centre are there to help you 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The service is totally confidential and free of charge.



For more than 25 years, the Workers Health and Safety Centre have supported the efforts of workplace representatives in their pursuit of hazard-free workplaces. This support has ranged from answering health and safety concerns posed over the phone to the development and delivery of occupational health and safety training.



The Centre is a worker-driven health and safety delivery organization in Ontario. This site provides information about the Centre and its services, including the full text of publications and links to labour and health and safety resources.



Workplace Health Connect is a free no obligation service set up in partnership with the Health and Safety Executive. We provide free, practical advice on workplace health and safety, working with both managers and staff. And our aim is to transfer knowledge and skills direct to companies, so they can tackle future issues themselves.
